visiting on a sunday
We meet at The Big Shed in Leicester and you can arrive any time from 10am. We have a large car park so you shouldn’t have any trouble finding a space. Our stewards will greet you at the entrance and guide you to our upstairs meeting room. We have a lift if you require it and all our toilet facilities are located in the downstairs foyer. Once upstairs, you’ll be guided to a seat.
Our service officially starts at 10.30am and the first part of the meeting is given to praise and worship of Jesus. You can expect a lively and exciting time with singing, clapping, dancing, lifting hands, spiritual gifts and praying. Children are usually in the main meeting for the first part.
After around 45 minutes, we close our time of praise and worship and take up tithes and offerings but be assured, visitors are under no pressure to contribute. At this point, our children leave the meeting for their classes - your children are more than welcome to join them. All the children’s leaders are DBS checked to ensure their suitability so you can be assured your children will be safe and secure and well looked after.
From around 11.30am, the church is then taught from the Bible via a relevant and interesting message. This usually lasts around 45 minutes.
After the meeting
At the close of the meeting, you can join us downstairs for refreshments and to meet some of the church. You will also be reunited with your children in our downstairs cafe area. This is a great opportunity to get to know people or catch up with friends.
